This week we are going back to basics... basic and simple shapes. I want to see rectangles, circles, hearts, triangles... nothing too fancy in terms of shapes. So take out those nesties, boss kut, sizzix, cuttlebug die cuts or your cricut and have fun cutting out some simple shapes. No scalloping, no pinking edges on the shapes, just simple ol' straight finishes on those shapes.

Remember to put it in our weekly Challenge folder in the gallery. and write the challenge number as part of the title.

Ok Dalis, back to the basics: No dies Just squares and rectangles

Great layouts, ladies! I decided to do a card for my grandson, who will be turning 2 on the 11th. He knows his basic shapes and colors, so I thought this would be a perfect card for him. In keeping with the theme, all of the shapes and fonts are from the GEORGE & BASIC SHAPES cartridge.
